Founder and CEO

Arideep is widely known in the Oracle HCM community and brings more than 20 years of experience across product development, consulting, implementation, and solution architecture.

Soumitra Das

Head Operations, Software Engineering

Soumitra brings more than 25 years of engineering leadership experience and a strong track record of guiding teams across complex, high-value software initiatives.

Paulami Biswas

Manager, Finance

Paulami has provided accounting, business advisory, and tax compliance and consulting services to businesses and individuals for over 14 years. She has expertise in financial reporting and analysis, cash management, process improvement, systems implementation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. She has experience in finance operations of software consulting, real estate, telecommunications, import/export, money services, hoteliers, and medical professionals. Paulami has also assisted foreign nationals, non-resident aliens, and foreign companies in meeting their tax compliance requirements when working, operating, or investing in the United States, and U.S. partnerships with foreign partners. Paulami also offers controllership experience, having established accounting departments at several start-up companies. Paulami graduated with a Bachelors in Commerce from India and completed her Chartered Accountant (CA) & Company Secretary (CS) professional certification from India. Currently she is awaiting her CPA license from the state of California. Paulami has assisted both businesses and individuals with robust and individualized financial services and advice. She started working with Camptra Technologies in 2020 and has been involved in several successful projects. In her role as Finance Manager, Paulami is responsible for leading the company through its finance transformation and supporting the company through its high-growth trajectory.
