The Backlog is where you manage everything that needs to be built. Every requirement lives here in a structured table. This guide walks through each numbered section.

The Backlog page. Each numbered section is explained below.

① Backlog Table Columns

The table shows Requirement ID, Title, Description, Status, Fit Status, Solution Type, Hierarchy, Pillar, Module/Epic, and Client Reviewer. Click any column header to sort. Drag columns to reorder.

② Toolbar Controls

Use the Global Search to find requirements by keyword. The Status dropdown filters by workflow stage. Toggle between List, Grid, and Kanban views. Use Columns to show or hide fields, Full Screen to maximize, and Advanced Filters for granular queries.

③ Adding Requirements

Click the + Add Requirements button to create new requirements manually, import from Excel, or generate from an SOW. Each requirement gets a unique RTM ID and flows through Draft → Verified → Build → Pending Review → Pending Approval → Delivered.

④ Selecting & Bulk Actions

Check the box next to any row to select it. Use the header checkbox to select all rows on the current page. Bulk actions include Inline Editing — click any cell to edit it directly without opening a detail panel. Change status, assign reviewers, or update fit status inline.
