Enterprise implementations follow structured phases: CRP rounds, SIT, UAT, and go-live cutover. Each has defined scope, a predecessor, requirements to verify, and a go/no-go decision. Most project tools only know sprints — fixed iterations designed for ongoing development, not phased delivery.
